My husband, James, and I have been married for 16 years. We originally hail from Indiana, but have lived in Wisconsin for the past 7 years. I'm the mom of 4 amazing girls who attend three of the District's schools and in my free time, I work full-time as an HR Generalist for BW Papersystems. For the last three years, I have enjoyed representing our community, students and staff as a member of our School Board. I've served on the Personnel, Finance and Policy committees, and chaired the Communications committee for two years. I am excited about the opportunity to potentially continue my service.
Involvement in our community and with our kids' activities is important to our family. I'm currently the Girl Scout leader for three troops and serve as the Girl Scout Service Unit Treasurer. I also teach kindergarten Faith Formation class at St. Dominic's in Brookfield, and help with practice for two of our daughters who play for DASH club softball. In the past, I served many years as a room parent volunteer in the classroom; two years as Ben Franklin PTO Secretary; three years as the Ben Franklin PTO President; and taught several Art Folks classes!
